Teachers
We realize, "teachers exert a critically important influence on how well and how quickly children learn to read in high poverty schools," (C. Fisher, Early Reading Programs In High Poverty Schools, March 2003). That is why our standards for recruiting and developing quality teachers exceed those set by the industry.
We assign two teachers (one head and one co-teacher) for every classroom of students. Every Head Teacher must hold a bachelor's degree, at minimum. Co-Teachers must possess an associate's degree in early childhood education or CDA certification.
